1. SHOULDERS: Measure the width of your shoulders, shoulder blade to shoulder blade.

2. CHEST: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, wrapping your arms.

3. WAIST: Measure around your waist at the narrowest point.

4. SLEEVE: Measure length from your shoulder to just past your wrist bone.

5. LENGTH: Measure from the tip of your shoulders to your hips.

6. INSEAM: Measure from the crotch/rise seam along the inside leg to the hem.
